Join Gig and Jim on a 45 minute interpretive walk through time.
Learn about the history of sugar making from native times to present day,
visit the sugar shack where we turn sap into pure maple syrup,
and taste the traditional treat of ooey-gooey, deliciously sweet,
maple taffy-on-snow.
As for pancakes …. we take pride in serving the best local foods.
Denise’s pancakes are made from scratch using local Speerville flour,
then topped with Elmhurst Outdoors PURE maple syrup.
We serve gluten-friendly sausage from Degenhardt European Farm,
Gig’s home-baked beans,
King Cole Tea and Picadilly coffee.
